This one is lush, as in luscious. You get the fabulous peach, pineapple and honey nose and flavor, then the oak adds smoothness, richness and full mouth with long lasting palate. Perfectly balanced acidity does not detract from the buttery deliciousness. (So good, we went back and bought another bottle for the next time). We had it with hake, a firm white fish that I pan fried in olive oil after dredging it in oat flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, S & P. It had a lovely crunchy crust. Next I made a sauce out of 1 T. butter, 3 T. white wine (TJ 2.5 buck Chuck SB) and fresh lemon thyme, about a tablespoon, reduced it and poured it over the fish. Truly wonderful. A steal at $9.99.
